Founded in 2008 in Deventer, exculsively as an Outbound Telemarketing Center for the B2C market, today Soleo is a 360 degree contact center active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Curacao and Turkey in the B2C and B2B markets, within which they deal with Customer Experience and sales through various contact channels.

Being able to predict the needs and behaviours of current and potential customers was a necessity for Soleo Groep, not only to increase sales and improve the service offered, but also to reduce management costs. From there began the search for a new partner by Patricia Schra, Client Director of Soleo Groep, who already had a clear idea of ​​what she needed, an Artificial Intelligence software that was: “simple to use and preferably no-code, able to adjusted quickly where necessary and able to be used intuitively”. All key features of the BigProfiles proposal.
However, the proliferation of artificial intelligence solutions, as Patricia Schra states: “makes it more difficult to make the right choice. Focusing on totally no-code use, an easy, intuitive and customizable interface, as well as high performance capable of predicting the propensities of each customer or prospect within a CRM or contact list in a few seconds, BigProfiles was revealed be the best solution to adopt for Soleo Groep, which thus created “a team that focuses on lead generation, data analysis and AI” who were entrusted with the use of the platform, together with the Account Management department of BigProfiles.
After a setup that was “simple and required no technical knowledge”, Soleo began to use the predictive algorithms of BigProfiles on “various B2C telemarketing campaigns, creating several models in the platform and trained them with historical data. New contacts are then first analysed using BigProfiles and the scores are used to determine the calling strategy”.

More than a year after the start of the partnership, the results of Soleo’s use of BigProfiles are evident, as Patricia Schra explains: “Thanks to BigProfiles, we can apply targeted strategies to the outbound B2C telemarketing campaigns based on the results of the profiling.
