Automatically identify groups of similar users, items, or behaviors within your data.
Explore results through an interactive and intuitive dashboard that displays cluster distribution, cluster size, and central feature values for each group.
Visualize cluster performance with fully customizable axes , using a clear, high-density scatter plot.
Track key metrics such as the number of generated clusters and inertia, giving you insights into the internal cohesion of each group.

📦 Multi-file Drag & Drop Upload
You can now upload multiple files at once using drag and drop. Simply select the files you need and drop them into the upload area — no need to add them one by one. It’s a faster and more efficient way to get your files in.
🧠 Model Advanced Dashboard Now Available for Best Option Models
The Model Advanced dashboard is now available for Best Option models, offering detailed insights and metrics. While this dashboard has been accessible for other model types, it’s currently read-only for Best Option models — customization options aren’t available just yet.
📊 Analytics Dashboard Now Available for Best Option Models
This version of the Analytics dashboard works just like the regular Analytics but adds a new selector so you can choose which option’s data to view.
⏱️ Time windows with dynamic outcomes
We’ve enhanced our time-window analysis by introducing dynamic outcomes. Now, each period can be evaluated independently. This lets us model repeatable behaviors (e.g., temporary churn) and create a more accurate target variable that’s more responsive to changes in each record.
📊 Simplified Charts for Best Option Model Evaluation
We’ve updated the evaluation charts for Best Option models to make them easier to read and understand. The visuals are now clearer, and interactions more intuitive. We’ve also added a new reliability metric to help you quickly assess how trustworthy the model is.
