The Platform
The Platform works in two phases
1st Phase: Machine Learning
For each campaign
- Upload data of contacts made in recent months with outcomes
- The platform will begin Machine Learning via an algorithm capable of identifying characteristics common to those who have bought the product
2nd Phase: Prediction
The machine learning algorithm trained in the 1st phase predicts the purchase probaility of the next contacts to be carried out
- Predictions in real time or on list
- Check the accuracy of predictions
- Retrain the platform every month
